• Democracy in action at C.A.S.

  All C.A.S. pupils have spent time throughout the past week learning about democratic values and how fortunate we are to have right to vote. School Council elections are taking place today. We are so proud of everyone for taking part in discussions, asking questions, stepping up as candidates, showing respect for other people’s opinions and exercising their right to vote in a secret ballot. What wonderful young citizens!

  C.A.S. has received updated Online Safety advice from School Improvement Liverpool. It is so important that parents and carers are always vigilant about what their child may be exposed to online when they are not in school. • Wellbeing matters

  We have been lucky to have lots of fine weather since our return to school after Easter. This has meant C.A.S. pupils have been able to spend lots of time in the fresh air, using our outdoor classrooms, exercise equipment, MUGA, sports field and walking in the local area. Exercise is so good for our mental health and wellbeing. Hopefully we will all be able to get out and about over the Bank Holiday weekend too. Enjoy the break!
